- Awarded the Youth Advocate Award for Outstanding Work in the Community by the Ethic Sports Hall of Fame in 2008.
- The Mayor and the City of Berkeley recognized Hannibal Navies by proclaiming May 14th as Hannibal Navies Day for his continuous support of the neighborhood and community and for his dedication to the welfare of the city’s youth.
- State of California Senate recognized the Hannibal Navies and the Foundation for Outstanding Public Service and Partnership within the Community.
